Ownership-First Engineering
I got into backend because I wanted to understand how things actually work, not just how they look.
For a while, I built in private. Then I shipped Fajr for real students in Kuwait and learned the speed of real feedback.
Now I think business-first: define what the system must solve, then design architecture around that reality.
I have shipped three live systems end-to-end and stayed accountable after launch.
